For over 30 years, the founding vision of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Long Island Chapter has been to ensure a role for women of African descent in the mainstream of Long Island and that vision remains the principal focus of the organization.

We invite your support as we celebrate our Biennial Black and White Candlelight Ball on January 6, 2018 at Jericho Terrace.

Dress Code: Strictly Black & White Formal Attire

For more than two decades, this biennial gala has served as the organization’s signature event which recognizes outstanding African-Americans and has raised more than $150,000 in scholarship dollars for college-bound women of African descent, and chapter programs. 

Proceeds to benefit Scholarships and Programs

NCBW Long Island Chapter members are required to meet their $600.00 assessment requirement. Purchasing three Black and White Ball tickets fulfills the assessment requirement. This assessment can be paid in full or in payments. The 1st payment is due June 14, 2017.
